As my Student-Aide Assistant, at age 15 Kaila is learning work ethics, responsibility, effective communications, soft-skills, professionalism, multi-tasking, organizational skills, listening to follow instructions, and how to prioritize a daily workload. Kaila is a kind, hardworking, and responsible teenager and I am proud to teach my daughter skills that prepare her for life experiences she will conquer with ease and confidence.

     With over 30-years in leadership roles overseeing (12-400 employees) in various industries, as a Supervisor, Training & Development Coordinator, Human Resource Manager, Director of Operations, Account Manager, Safety & Compliance Director, business owner, and Career Development Consultant. My journey has brought me back to being a full-time business owner. I have achieved two college degrees (BSBA and MBA) in business administration/human resource management, and in 2018 with my MBA I just knew my life was going to change with targeted ambitions and financial security.
